Super Junior’s youngest member Kyuhyun will reveal the behind story of their car accident from three years ago on SBS ‘Strong Heart‘.In April of 2007, Kyuhyun, along with other Super Junior members, were in a car accident where their van rolled over on the road. Soon after the accident, there were reports of Kyuhyun being in critical condition.
On this episode, Siwon, Donghae, Lee Teuk, Eunhyuk and Shindong appeared alongside Kyuhyun. He stated, “This is the first time I’m opening up about this during a broadcast.” As he was telling of his situation at the time, he revealed, “Everyone thought that I was going to die soon.”
Kyuhyun added, “Because I was in such a serious state, they weren’t even sure if surgery was possible,” surprising the guests.
